Dexter is, by far, the most delicious beef we’ve ever tasted. Dexters are a smaller, easy-to-manage beef cattle, perfect for hobby farms, that are excellent birthers (rarely needing assistance) and possess both a gentle demeanor and a strong mothering instinct.

**SOLD** Helen is a black, horned Dexter born in February 2018. Windy is her first calf, a dun color heifer with horns, born without assistance whatsoever on 11/14/2020. Selling as a pair, as Windy is still occasionally nursing.

Ferdinand is her third calf, a black bull calf with horns and a subtle dun sheen to his coat, born without assistance whatsoever (as were her previous calves) on 11/27/2020. Selling as a pair, as Ferdinand is still occasionally nursing.
